Code 95 and ADR From professional competence to periodic training, without double work
Does your driving school also provide periodic training for professional drivers? Plan 7-hour modules with a room and trainer, let drivers enrol online and invoice their employer directly. In Flanders, BIQSDRIVE automatically reports your sessions for Code 95 (the EU driver qualification code on the licence) and ADR (training for the transport of dangerous goods) to the Departement MOW, the Flemish Department of Mobility and Public Works. And you follow your candidates for the C and D licences on the same platform.

In Flanders, BIQSDRIVE sends your course sessions to the Departement MOW automatically: as soon as a course opens, and the remaining sessions when it is completed.
7-hour modules
Plan a module in one session or spread over several sessions, with a room and trainer. You spot a double-booked room or an unavailable trainer immediately.
The employer pays
For each order, choose to have the transport company pay, with a PO number and cost centre. In the business portal, the employer keeps track of the orders and documents of their drivers.
Identity through itsme® or a card reader
Drivers confirm their identity with itsme®. Their name, date of birth and address come straight from their identity card into the file, without typos. We only request the national register number if you are legally authorised to process it. If you enrol a driver at the front desk, you can also read their eID with a card reader, with their consent.
Minimum attendance and result
Set a minimum attendance per course. On completion, each participant automatically gets passed or failed in their file.
C and D candidates
Categories C1 to DE are ready to use and BIQSDRIVE checks the exam conditions in advance. You book exams directly with Autoveiligheid in Flanders.

The integration with the Departement MOW is available to approved training centres in Flanders, for Code 95 and ADR. You use your own approval number and your credentials for the MOW web service.

- Automatically to the Departement MOW. You set up the integration once with your approval number as a training centre, for Code 95 or ADR. By default, the sessions are sent as soon as a course opens, and the remaining sessions when it is completed. If sending fails for a moment, BIQSDRIVE automatically tries again. So you never enter anything twice.
- From enrolment to accounting. Drivers enrol online for an open course with free places and pay straight away through Pay. in BIQSDRIVE. If the employer pays, that goes through a payment link. Once the order is confirmed, they are added to the course automatically. BIQSDRIVE links with your accounting software: Exact Online, Billit, Yuki, Adsolut, Adfinity, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Candidates for the C and D licences. When you book, BIQSDRIVE checks, among other things, the minimum age, the passed theory exam, a valid group 2 medical certificate, the required licence and the practice period. In Flanders you book the professional competence exams, such as manoeuvres, initial qualification, oral exam and public road, directly with Autoveiligheid. The integration with SBAT, KM, Autosécurité and AIBV is coming soon.
