Integrations with your accounting, exam centres and more

With Exact Online, Billit, Yuki, Adsolut, Adfinity, Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. That applies to both driving schools and training centres. Using another package? Let us know.

Your orders and payments go to your accounting software, with the details of the customer or of the company that pays. The invoice itself is created in your accounting software. In BIQSDRIVE you see for each order whether it has already been invoiced, with the invoice number.

The integration with your accounting software is included in your licence, as is exam booking for driving schools. For online payments, Pay. charges transaction costs per payment method. If you receive payments through Pay. in BIQSDRIVE or link your bank account through Ponto, Payment Radar works automatically: a 0.15% platform fee per payment, on top of those transaction costs. There is no fixed cost for Ponto or Pay. apart from a service fee if you use a payment terminal. Identification with itsme^® is paid per use, and soon the flexi-Dimona per declaration accepted by the RSZ (€0.50). Enrolments through the API cost nothing extra per enrolment.

Ponto reads the transactions on the bank account your customers pay into. Payment Radar matches incoming bank transfers to the right customer, file or order; outgoing transactions and balances are not stored. So if you link your account, you use Payment Radar: every matched transfer counts towards the platform fee. You grant access yourself at your bank and confirm it again every 180 days.

Tally for surveys and market research, Klantenvertellen for short reviews and an overview of your score, and Google Reviews for reviews on your Google Business Profile in Google Search and Maps. You choose which ones you use, with your own account or business profile; their own terms and prices apply. In BIQSDRIVE you decide who gets an invitation, and when. BIQSDRIVE sends them by email, with the link to your review page or your form. Anyone who opts out of review requests won't receive any more.

Today you book directly with Autoveiligheid. The links with SBAT, KM, Autosécurité and AIBV are coming soon. Until then, you add exam slots for those centres yourself and book your candidates in the exam planner, with the same check of the admission requirements.

If you're an approved training centre in Flanders, you set up the integration once, with your approval number for Code 95 or ADR. BIQSDRIVE then reports your Code 95 and ADR sessions automatically to the Departement MOW, as soon as a course opens and when it is completed. So you never enter anything twice.

Soon BIQSDRIVE will automatically declare your flexi-job workers in and out to the RSZ, where your sector allows flexi-jobs, with the HR and time tracking feature. The Dimona FLX is sent as soon as the start of the shift is confirmed in the schedule, always before it begins, and clocking in and out adjusts the start and end time, within the RSZ deadlines. To do this, you set up your own access to the RSZ Dimona web service and link it to BIQSDRIVE; BIQSDRIVE submits the declarations in your name and on your instructions. BIQSDRIVE only handles the flexi-Dimona. You pay €0.50 excl. VAT per flexi-Dimona accepted by the RSZ, including 'NOK' (accepted, but not as a flexi-job); you don't pay for changes to the hours, cancellations or rejected declarations. During a suspension of your subscription or of your usage services, the flexi-Dimona continues and €0.50 per accepted declaration remains due and payable. You remain responsible for the conditions of the flexi-job and for your payroll declaration.

Not for itsme^®: with it, your customer confirms their identity in the app, even from home, and their details go straight from their identity card into their file. You send the request by email, show a QR code at the front desk, or your customer starts it themselves from the portal. If you enrol a customer at the front desk, you can also read their eID with a card reader. Read only what you need, with your customer's consent; if they prefer not to, simply enter the details yourself. You only read the national register number and the photo on the card if you're legally authorised to do so.

itsme^® takes identity details from official identity documents, such as the Belgian identity card, and is recognised at the highest European assurance level (eIDAS high). BIQSDRIVE takes over name, date of birth and address without anyone retyping anything. We only request the national register number for driving schools and training centres that are legally authorised to do so, such as an approved driving school for certificates and exams. When a driving school books an exam with Autoveiligheid, the same details go along. Name, address and date of birth also appear on the registration card. After each confirmation you get a notification of what has changed.
