Vehicles and rooms
Manage the number plate, gearbox, odometer reading, roadworthiness inspection and insurance. Share rooms such as a classroom, practice ground or simulator between branches.

In more detail
- Instructors plan lessons themselves for students with an active enrolment at their branch, and cancel with the reasons you make available to them. Approving online bookings and changing the settings stay with the office.
- When a lesson starts, the instructor sees the points to work on from the previous lesson or from a failed practical exam, so they know straight away what to practise. The practical exam also gets a start and end report with odometer reading and signatures, so the drive to the exam centre is included in the mileage.
- Car in the garage? Block it with a reason and the schedule no longer uses it. Each car's odometer reading follows automatically from the lesson reports, and when a lesson starts the instructor immediately sees the last known reading.
- Payment at the start of the lesson or session: your customer pays contactless on the instructor's or trainer's smartphone, per lesson or the full outstanding balance at once, for example simply in the car. The payment is processed through Pay. and goes straight to the right order.
- Coming soon: the student sees the feedback and points to work on from their lessons in the portal, and you track their progress with progress sheets. That way they know before every lesson what to work on.
