• BIQSDRIVE emails your customers automatically at every step: portal invitation, payment link, lesson proposal, confirmation or rejection of a booking, a moved lesson, the answer to a certificate request and the itsme^® request. Every email goes out in your name and in the customer's language, and replies go straight to your branch.
• You are notified immediately when a customer does something in the portal: books or cancels a lesson, accepts or declines a lesson proposal, uploads a document, updates their details, verifies their identity with itsme^® or requests a certificate. All notifications are also in one list, with an unread filter and one click to mark everything as read.
• Coming soon: edit the texts of your emails yourself and see at a glance which emails and text messages were sent to whom.
• Under Settings you track your usage every month: new files, questions to the AI agents and how many of them the agent resolved itself. So you keep an eye on your usage yourself.
• Staff, customers and business users each log in to their own separate environment, with two-factor authentication and backup codes. After repeated failed attempts, logging in is temporarily blocked, and with one click you log out on all your other devices.
• Administrators must secure their account with two-factor authentication. Want even more security? Make it mandatory for all your users.
• When our support team helps you in your own environment, you always see it from a bar at the top of the screen. A support session lasts at most one hour, passwords and two-factor authentication stay off-limits, and your administrators get a notification with the reason.
• With Ctrl/⌘ K you find customers, business customers, orders, courses and packages as you type, and even the right page or setting. Phone, national register, VAT and order numbers are found however they are written, and your most recently opened results are ready straight away.
• On one screen you see all your companies and branches, with the number of active customers, instructors, rooms and vehicles per branch. You add a new branch or company in a few clicks.
• Your logo appears in the application, in the customer and business portals, in the enrolment wizard and on your PDF documents. With your own domain name, invitations, password links and payment pages also open at your address.
• In the user overview you see each staff member's roles, whether two-factor authentication is on and when they last logged in. If someone leaves, you block their access with one tick, without losing any data.
